Technician / Helper – Well Pump & Water Systems

Monticello Pump Services, Inc. is hiring a Technician / Helper to join our growing team!

Are you dependable, hard-working, and interested in learning a skilled trade? Do you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and working with your hands? If so, we want to hear from you.

We are a trusted well water service company specializing in well pump repair, replacement, water systems, pressure tanks, diagnostics, and water treatment systems. We are looking for a motivated individual who wants a long-term opportunity with room to grow.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist technicians with well pump repair and replacement
  • Help diagnose low water pressure and no water issues
  • Install and service water treatment systems
  • Assist with pressure tank, piping, and water system repairs
  • Load/unload equipment and maintain tools/work vehicles
  • Provide professional customer service on job sites
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment


Qualifications:

  • Mechanical aptitude or construction experience preferred
  • Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, well pump, or construction experience is a plus
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment/materials
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
