• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity and impact of mood disorder symptoms in clients, considering various behavioral and emotional factors.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their individual needs, goals, and treatment outcomes.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to empower clients in managing their mood disorders effectively.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to foster resilience.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Engage in interdisciplinary teamwork, collaborating with psychiatrists, medical professionals, and community resources to create a comprehensive support network for clients.
• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continually enhance therapeutic practices.
• Maintain confidential and accurate client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring high-quality services.

The primary clientele includes individuals and families experiencing mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and related challenges. • The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
