Pulse Health Clinic is in search of a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our innovative team. This role is carried out in a remote setting, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients. • Assess and document the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients during virtual sessions.
• Collaborate with clients to identify their unique goals and preferences, crafting individualized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic approaches and expected outcomes.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive change.
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, recovery strategies, and self-care practices, ensuring they feel empowered in their treatment journey.
• Monitor and track client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on the evolving needs of each individual.
• Engage in case consultations and team meetings to share insights and strategies aimed at improving patient care.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards by maintaining accurate client records in accordance with legal guidelines.
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continually refine therapeutic approaches.
• Advocate for clients by addressing their needs and effectively managing any mental health stigma they may encounter.

Your primary focus will be on individuals grappling with mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. By employing a client-centered approach, you will facilitate meaningful therapeutic relationships that empower clients to achieve their mental health goals.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building trust and rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' diverse experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle client caseloads and administrative tasks.

• Experience working with clients dealing with mood disorders and a background in telehealth practices.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT and DBT.
• Participation in professional development, particularly in addiction counseling or related fields, is a plus.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with education and experience.
