Key Responsibilities 

  • Promote, validate, and design Inductors for customer applications. 
  • Track and communicate customer application requirement trends. 
  • Be responsive to sales and customer design needs. 
  • Manage and track New Business Opportunities in Salesforce.com. 
  • Analyze market and competitors to uncover customer needs and product opportunities. 
  • Be the communication bridge between the factories, R&D and Sales.  Make sure each has updates on customer trends and new product capabilities. 
  • Align with marketing to shape product positioning and messaging.   
  • Attend key trade shows to promote capabilities.  

                  Required Qualifications 

                  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering.
                  • Minimum 5+ years in Product Management and/or Design Engineering, preferably with semiconductor company or power supply design. 
                  • Ability to present technical information to audiences like customers in an engaging way. 
                  • Experience writing articles about products for publication. 
                  • Personable and comfortable being with people. 
                  • Excellent proactive problem-solving experience with demonstrated analytical skills 
                  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
                  • Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office and simulation tools.
