Job description

About Pulse Labs
Pulse Labs, backed by Google and Amazon, is a leading UX research firm at the forefront of product development. Our mission is to deliver insightful, actionable feedback across every stage of the product lifecycle - from conception through launch and beyond - empowering top tech companies to build groundbreaking products across mobile, smart home, wearables, and automotive.
The Role
We are seeking a Recruiter to lead and execute hiring across multiple regions and functions. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong operational recruiting skills with strategic judgment - someone who understands both the art and science of hiring and can adapt their approach across different markets, roles, and hiring managers.
You will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to identify, attract, and close high-quality talent across a wide range of roles - from technical and product to go-to-market and operations - while navigating the nuances of global hiring.
Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
  • Own end-to-end recruiting across multiple functions, including Engineering, Product, Customer Success, GTM, and administrative roles.
  • Manage the full lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closing.

Global Hiring Execution
  • Lead hiring efforts across international markets, including India, Japan, and other regions as needed.
  • Adapt sourcing and recruiting strategies based on local market dynamics, candidate expectations, and regional hiring norms.

Sourcing & Talent Mapping
  • Proactively source both active and passive candidates using a variety of channels.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for critical roles and future hiring needs.

Stakeholder Partnership
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and evaluation criteria.
  • Provide informed guidance on market trends, candidate expectations, and compensation benchmarks.

Candidate Experience
  • Ensure a high-quality, responsive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage.
  • Manage scheduling, communication, and follow-ups effectively across multiple time zones.

Tools & Process
  • Utilize ATS platforms such as Workable, Ashby, or Greenhouse to manage pipelines and reporting.
  • Post and manage roles across platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and region-specific job boards.
  • Continuously improve recruiting workflows, reporting, and overall hiring efficiency.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across both technical and non-technical functions.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting in international markets, including India, Japan, or similar regions.
  • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates effectively.
  • Strong experience managing interview processes, coordinating with hiring managers, and closing candidates.
  • Deep understanding of effective recruiting strategies, tools, and metrics.
  • Experience with modern ATS platforms such as Workable, Ashby, or Greenhouse.
  • Hands-on experience posting and managing roles across global and regional job boards.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting for high-growth technology or professional services companies.
  • Familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools and practices across global markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, multi-region hiring simultaneously.
  • Background building or improving recruiting processes and workflows from the ground up.
