Maintenance Certified Welder

Position Summary

Performs certified welding and fabrication tasks to maintain, repair, and modify production and utility equipment in a batch specialty chemical plant. Ensures work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Key Outcomes/Responsibilities

Outcome: Safe & Compliant Welding Execution

Zero safety incidents; 100% compliance with permit-to-work and regulatory requirements.
Actions:

o Performs welding activities in accordance with ASME, AWS, and site-specific standards.

Follows all safety protocols including hot work permits, PPE, and confined space entry.

Outcome: High-Quality Fabrication & Repairs
