Application Specialist Enterprise Software

3C Software is hiring an Application Specialist in Atlanta to implement and configure our enterprise costing and profitability platform, ImpactECS. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on enterprise software implementation, ERP integration, and advanced cost modeling for global manufacturing and distribution clients.

About the Role

The Application Specialist works directly with client finance, operations, and executive teams to design and deploy cost and profitability models. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen, requiring hands‑on SQL skills, ERP integration experience, and strong project management capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and configure cost and profitability models across multiple industries
  • Architect integrations between ImpactECS and ERP, MES, PLM, and shop‑floor systems
  • Lead and coordinate 3C Software resources on implementation engagements
  • Manage project timelines, scope, and client communication
  • Perform system performance tuning, reporting configuration, and documentation
  • Support enterprise clients in semiconductor, food & beverage, pulp & paper, textile, steel, chemicals, and distribution sectors
  • Travel 10–40% domestically and occasionally internationally
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise software implementation projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong SQL database skills
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical configurations
  • Client‑facing project leadership experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Experience
  • Background in cost accounting or manufacturing operations
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, MAPICS, or similar platforms
  • Understanding of MRP environments
