Job Overview - Warehouse laborer (Stand Up Forklift):
We are hiring a dependable Warehouse Laborer to join our Lenexa, KS team. In this full-time role, you will work Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm, performing essential tasks in shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. This position requires the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities - Warehouse laborer (Stand Up Forklift):

  • Load, unload, and move materials in the warehouse.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Perform receiving duties including verifying product counts and quality.
  • Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment (training provided).
  • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and organization.
  • Keep work areas clean, safe, and in compliance with company policies.
  • Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity goals.

Physical Requirements - Warehouse laborer (Stand Up Forklift):

  • Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs on a repetitive basis.
  • Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
