Job description

  • Operate as a Bingo Caller by clearly announcing games, calling numbers, verifying winning cards, confirming serial numbers, and closing games accurately according to house rules and compliance procedures.
  • Monitor bingo sessions from the caller stand, ensuring blower operation, flashboard accuracy, sound system function, and surveillance visibility at all times.
  • Sell bingo paper, electronic machine buy-ins, special games, pull tabs, and event tabs through POS stations and floor sales with speed and accuracy.
  • Handle all cashier duties including keeping and balancing cash drawers, processing guest transactions, making change, and completing shift-end cash reconciliation.
  • Perform paymaster duties by verifying jackpots, prize payouts, promotional winnings, and maintaining accurate bank controls and payout records.
  • Work as a floor runner by selling additional paper and special games on the floor, assisting guests, delivering payouts, and responding quickly to player needs during active sessions.
  • Manage pull tab sales by distributing event tabs, verifying inventory, balancing sales, and maintaining accurate records of issued and returned tab inventory.
  • Serve as an inventory clerk by preparing issued paper, tracking inventory movement, and maintaining organized stock levels.
  • Complete paper in/out logs by verifying issued and returned bingo paper with cashiers and maintaining compliance with inventory control procedures.
  • Prepare the bingo hall before each session by setting up supplies, changing trash bags, checking equipment, and ensuring the room is guest-ready.
  • Collect, clean, and return portable bingo units and equipment to designated charging stations after each session.
  • Provide excellent guest service by answering questions, resolving concerns professionally, and maintaining a friendly, accurate, and efficient player experience.
  • Maintain compliance with all bingo operational controls, Title 31 procedures, gaming regulations, and internal controls for cash handling, payouts, and inventory security.
  • Assist management and lead attendants with special events, promotions, reporting, and daily operational support as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment while supporting team members across all bingo operations.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
โ€ข Previous cash handling, cashier, or customer service experience preferred.
โ€ข Prior bingo, casino, gaming, or hospitality experience preferred.

โ€ข Excellent communication and guest service skills with the ability to remain professional in high-volume environments.
โ€ข Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
โ€ข Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during bingo sessions.
