Job Description

Bismarck-Mandan Convention & Visitors Bureau in Bismarck, ND is currently seeking Gaming Employees to join our team. As a Gaming Employee, you will be responsible for conducting blackjack, pull tabs, bingo and E-tabs in a professional and efficient manner while providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Deal cards, sell pull tabs, redeem Etabs following State gaming regulations and house policies
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Ensure game integrity by following all gaming regulations and house policies
  • Pay out bets and collect chips from losing bets
  • Keep the gaming area clean and organized
  • Assist guests with rules and procedures of the games
  • Opening and closing gaming locations
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of gaming rules and procedures (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Cash handling experience (preferred by not required)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
