Job description

Westfield Electroplating Company is seeking an Parts Masker/Laborer to support the day-to-day general laborer functions within our Masking Department.

This job entails unpacking customer parts, cleaning various parts and inspecting for damage. It also requires applying paints, tape or silicone pugs to customer parts prior to plating. The use of solvents and thinners occurs daily.

A successful candidate must demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, work independently without constant supervision, possess good oral and written communication skills, along with a strong desire to learn. Applicants must be flexible and adjust their workload schedule to meet the department’s demands. This candidate must have the ability to work in a collaborative team environment with production staff, management and other maskers.

  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short letters and travelers
  • Profound ability to communicate in personal and small group situations to employees of the organization

Pay Rate and Benefits:

Starting Rate: $18.00-$20.00
