We are looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to support a range of communications and promotional activities for a growing organization in the Financial Services industry in Reno, Nevada. This contract-to-permanent position is well suited for an early-career candidate who enjoys writing, digital content, and coordinating projects across multiple marketing channels. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to website updates, social media engagement, campaign execution, and content development while building hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
• Support outreach efforts tied to organizational programs by helping prepare and distribute marketing and communication materials.
• Maintain website content by posting updates, revising existing pages, and keeping event and resource information accurate and current.
• Assist with promotional initiatives for published materials by coordinating campaign assets, online visibility efforts, and supporting social media activity.
• Develop and schedule content for social platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube while helping strengthen audience engagement.
• Monitor comments, messages, and platform activity to encourage timely interaction and maintain a positive online presence.
