A well-established commercial glazing and window contractor with a strong reputation across New Jersey public works projects, is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager - Commercial Glazing to join the team in Central New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with glazing industry experience who wants long-term stability, strong leadership, and a company culture that genuinely takes care of its people while continuing to grow year over year.
What You'll Do as the Estimator/Project Manager - Commercial Glazing:
  • Prepare estimates and bid packages for commercial glazing and facade projects
  • Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents using Bluebeam and Excel
  • Coordinate closely with architects, vendors, and internal fabrication teams
  • Support project management functions throughout the project lifecycle
  • Work primarily on public works projects including schools and municipal buildings
  • Assist with takeoffs, pricing, submittals, and material coordination
  • Collaborate with leadership on ongoing and upcoming project opportunities
  • Help maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and architectural partners

Must-Haves as the Estimator/Project Manager - Commercial Glazing:
  • Minimum 2 years of estimating experience within commercial glazing, curtainwall, storefront, or facade construction
  • Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
  • Experience using Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel
