Senior Superintendent โ€“ San Francisco.


We are looking for an experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee major commercial, industrial, utility, and public works projects across California.

The ideal candidate is a strong field leader who can manage projects from start to finish while keeping safety, quality, scheduling, and productivity on track.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Direct daily field operations and project execution.
  • Manage subcontractors, crews, inspections, and site logistics.
  • Build and maintain project schedules and resolve delays.
  • Lead safety and quality efforts on site.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, inspectors, and project teams.
  • Support project closeout, commissioning, and turnover.
  • Train and develop junior field personnel.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 15+ years of construction field experience.
  • Proven experience leading ground-up commercial or industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, civil, structural, and MEP work.
  • OSHA 30 required.
  • Experience with Procore or similar construction software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred: Utility, energy, industrial, healthcare, or public-sector experience; high-voltage/utility construction experience; English/Spanish bilingual.
