    You will lead a team of communication professionals to deliver Academy's public relations and media strategy. Your work will include setting priorities, coaching team members, and ensuring timely delivery of impactful campaigns. You will also oversee LinkedIn content and agency partnerships to maintain consistent, compelling storytelling.

    In this role, you will foster a culture of collaboration and accountability. You will provide guidance, develop talent, and empower your team to achieve excellence while managing proactive and reactive outreach. Additionally, you will partner cross-functionally to translate complex ideas into clear, impactful messages.

    • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills

    • Experience managing PR agencies and third-party partners

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    • Proficiency in budget management, forecasting, and reporting

    • Expert interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders

    • Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams

    • Ability to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback

    • Strong leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and accountability

    Work Style and Physical Requirements
