  • Suggest content for internal and external communication.
  • Help update and maintain intranet.
  • Assist with events.
  • Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
  • Proactively engage users across social channels to drive favorable brand conversations.
  • Contribute relevant, on-trend social media concepts for further building awareness of the brand and achieving company goals.
  • Plan, execute and manage advertising initiatives across channels.
  • Maintain content calendars across brands.
  • Assist in leading the resolution of complex stakeholder concerns.
  • Understand, analyze and act on key performance indicators to continually improve customer experiences.
