We are hiring a PR Coordinator for a top fashion company in NYC!
  • Pay: $33/hr

Responsibilities:
PR Coordinator
Editorial
  • Support the editorial team with day-to-day PR initiatives and projects.
  • Monitor press coverage for launches, including coverage tracking, media impressions, and media alert distribution.
  • Assist with weekly roundups of company press and social coverage for internal review.
  • Manage editorial sample requests, including gathering, shipping, execution, and tracking reports.
  • Support seasonal sample orders for press previews and ongoing press closet monitoring.
  • Assist with developing evergreen and always-on pitching angles and franchise stories.
  • Manage agendas, high-level call notes, and follow-up action items, including deadlines and guidelines.
  • Support PR written communications, including talking points and FAQs, while fact-checking campaign and collection messaging with copy teams.
  • Assist with onsite logistics for editorial events, press previews, and in-store talent-facing events.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, including floral and catering, as well as cross-functional teams such as Security, Visuals, and Social.

Influencer / VIP
  • Support the growing Brand Creator Program alongside the PR Specialist, including day-to-day program management.
  • Assist with influencer campaign casting, ideation, and sourcing.
  • Manage product orders and deadlines to support campaign talent content capture.
  • Support timely product orders for VIP seedings and placements, including archive requests.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Sample team to secure products for top-tier VIP placements.
  • Assist with the vetting and content approval process for new Creator Program members.
  • Review creator content and share relevant content with internal partners for potential marketing amplification.
  • Support onsite logistics for influencer and social content capture events.
  • Liaise with external vendors and cross-functional partners to ensure successful event execution.

Fashion Show & Brand Among Us Support
Forthcoming support for 2026
  • Support the PR team with overall fashion show planning, logistics, and execution.
  • Coordinate day-to-day fashion show logistics while managing other brand priorities.
  • Assist with security and onsite credential organization and serve as a point of contact for internal and external production partners.
  • Support the development of the Show Media Kit, factoids, show looks, and credits by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Assist with reviews and final production of show-related press materials.
  • Coordinate gifting for model talent, influencers, internal partners, and board members.
  • Assist with creating and updating onsite photography shot lists for runway and behind-the-scenes coverage.
  • Coordinate VIP travel and car services, including transportation to and from the show and after-party.
  • Support guest management, vendor management, and guest list coordination in partnership with the PR team.
  • Assist with PR agency logistics, including coordinating milestone meetings, seeding meetings, brainstorms, and other key touchpoints.
  • Provide onsite executive support and serve as a point of contact for leaders throughout the event.
  • Travel to the fashion show and surrounding locations as needed.
  • Support Brand Among Us initiatives, including gifting, press talking points, communications, model coordination, product needs, and other PR-related activities.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience with project management and coordinating multiple workstreams.
  • Experience with event planning and logistical execution.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong written communication skills, including note-taking, reporting, talking points, and briefing materials.
  • Internship or professional experience in fashion, PR, communications, events, entertainment, production, or influencer marketing.
  • Demonstrated passion for fashion, pop culture, creators, and live events.
  • Experience managing logistics or coordinating large-scale projects.
  • Experience working with agencies, vendors, or external partners.
