Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to own and execute high-impact, brand-forward marketing initiatives that strengthen CEO Lawyer's presence in Atlanta and beyond. This is an in-office role for a seasoned, proactive marketer who can confidently manage brand activations, events, community visibility, reputation initiatives, and promotional logistics.
This position requires someone with professional presence, exceptional judgment, and strong marketing execution experience - a candidate who has performed many of these responsibilities before, with excellent grammar and spelling and a high level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Experience, Promotions & Swag
  • Manage end-to-end swag and promotional inventory, ordering, fulfillment, and brand consistency across items.
  • Coordinate branded materials and marketing collateral for events, sponsorships, internal initiatives, and VIP touchpoints.

Events (Business, Firm, and Community)
  • Support firm events and business development events, including logistics, vendor coordination, timelines, and on-site support.
  • Support live content needs during events in collaboration with the Media Team (photo/video coordination, run-of-show readiness, brand presentation).

Speaking Engagements & Community PR
  • Coordinate and manage speaking engagements, including outreach support, confirmations, prep materials, and event-day logistics.
  • Support PR and community management initiatives to strengthen local brand credibility and presence.

Content Review (Social, Print, Email)
  • Review marketing content for clarity, brand alignment, accuracy, and professionalism across social, print, and email.
  • Ensure copy quality is consistently high; catch errors before publication (grammar/spelling excellence is required).

Remarketing & Relationship Touchpoints
  • Coordinate remarketing touchpoints to clients, providers, and contacts (e.g., gifts, outreach campaigns, and relationship-based activations).
  • Manage VIP and employee gifts and ensure timely delivery for key moments and recognition efforts.

Sponsorships & Partnerships
  • Source, coordinate, and manage sponsorships for legal and community events, including execution details and brand placement follow-through.
  • Maintain organized tracking for sponsorship commitments, deadlines, materials needed, and activation requirements.

Online Reputation & Google Reviews
  • Oversee Google review / online presence management, including monitoring, escalation, and coordination of response workflows as needed.

Influencer Relations & Ambassador Program
  • Build and manage relationships with influencers and community partners aligned with the CEO Lawyer brand.
  • Create and manage a structured ambassador program including recruitment, guidelines, deliverables, and tracking.

Required Qualifications
  • Must be local to Atlanta and able to work in-office.
  • Demonstrated marketing experience executing multiple areas of responsibility (events, brand activations, partnerships, community initiatives, promotions).
  • Exceptional grammar, spelling, and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, vendors, and moving parts.
  • Professional presence, strong judgment, and the ability to represent the brand confidently in public-facing settings.

  • Experience supporting a high-visibility brand, fast-paced environment, or professional services organization.
  • Comfort collaborating with a creative/media team to execute brand-consistent marketing materials and event coverage.
