Job description


Key Responsibilities and Duties:Public procurement of goods and services. Full range of duties including selecting procurement method, contract type, solicitation development, responsive/ responsibility determinations, proposal evaluation, and awards of contracts in accordance with laws and agency policies. Contract administration including modifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience with public procurement. Helpful to have knowledge of prevailing wage and Buy America. Experience with moderately complex solicitations. Good soft skills like communication, collaboration, staying organized, able to write well, and strong Word/ Excel skills. Helpful to have experience with procurements for operations and maintenance, and professional services.
Desired Certifications:CPPB, NIGP-CPP, or similar
Duration: up to 12 months
Location: Downtown Seattle
