The position: We are looking for a procurement operations manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who can oversee the administrative and operational functions of the procurement team. The Location: 101 Elliot Ave W, Seattle, WA 98109 The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field May substitute an additional four years of directly relevant work experience Six years of progressive procurement experience, including contract management, project management, and supervision Experience with public procurement processes and knowledge of relevant federal, state, and Housing and Urban Development regulations is preferred Certified Public Procurement Officer and/or Certified Professional Public Buyer certification is preferred but not required While these requirements are the traditional standards for developing the skills required for this classification, any combination of experience, training, and education that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the essential functions of the classification may be considered.

What will you do. Provide leadership, supervision, and direction for a team within the purchasing team Manage the corporate card programs through oversight to ensure adherence to audit and compliance requirements Oversee purchase order process for goods procurement to ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Lead projects and operational initiatives to strengthen the effectiveness of the assigned functions Work with key stakeholders to maintain consistent and efficient procurement operations across SHA Oversee the disposition of agency assets and surplus goods For additional information on the job, please see the full job description.
