Pay Rate: $18/ hour - Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it. 

**2:30PM-11PM SHIFT**

As the Public Area Attendant Supervisor, you will be the manager on duty to motivate and guide the housekeeping team that keeps every corner of the resort looking its best, from restrooms and common areas to offices, meeting spaces, and sales centers.

What You Will Do:

  • Supervise housekeeping team members, including staffing, training, discipline, scheduling, and monitoring performance to ensure adherence to service and productivity standards and total guest satisfaction.
  • Assign duties and review work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Complete assigned projects monthly and track progress.
  • Supervise daily and weekly labor and manage departmental expenses.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and employees, both verbally and in writing, providing clear direction and guidance to staff.
  • Organize, conduct, or attend meetings to share and receive pertinent information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership team.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of supervisory or management experience, leading teams in housekeeping or facilities cleaning.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • Must be able to use mobile devices.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
  • Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver's license to drive company golf carts
