Job description

LOCATION: Southwest ISD Stadium 

POSITION: ATHLETIC EVENT WORKER JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

Minimum Qualifications: 16 years of age or older REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Stadium or related experience 

JOB DESCRIPTION: TICKET TAKER/SELLER: Collect valid admission tickets, passes, or other appropriate admissions from patrons for Southwest ISD sporting events, and refuses admittance to patrons without ticket, passes or credentials. MESSAGE BOARD OPERATOR: Understand the rules of the sport assigned. Understand the operation of the message board for the sport assigned. Experience with computer operation of the scoreboard message center. 

SCOREKEEPER/ANNOUNCER/STARTER/STATISTICIAN: Familiar with UIL regulations regarding Public Address Systems Experience in sport assigned. Understand the operation of the scoreboard and/or scorebook for the sport assigned.
