Job description

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Roosevelt, Utah.

Job Description & Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Utah PTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
  • Patient care experience with geriatric populations preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
