Physical Therapist (PT) / Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Location: Cape Charles, Virginia
Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking motivated and compassionate Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to join a supportive outpatient rehabilitation team in Cape Charles, VA. This role is well-suited for clinicians who value hands-on patient care, professional growth, and a collaborative clinical environment.

Compensation (Hourly)
  • Physical Therapist (DPT/PT): Starting at $45/hour (based on experience and skillset)
  • Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA): Starting at $35/hour (based on experience and skillset)

Compensation is competitive and may be adjusted based on qualifications and experience.

Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance
  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • $5,000 Relocation Assistance

Benefits may be awarded separately and are subject to eligibility.
