Night Auditor

Beachwood, OH

Aloft Beachwood is currently seeking part-time Night Auditors to service their Beachwood, Ohio location.

Pay: $16.50 - $18/hour, offer dependent on experience

Schedule:

  • 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
  • Monday - Friday
  • Weekend availability

The right candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a front desk setting preferred
  • Previous hotel experience preferred

Our Night Auditor will:

  • Verify all account postings and guest billing for the day and make adjustments as needed
  • Run the night audit process on the PMS and prepare night audit packet
  • Balance and transmit credit card transactions
  • Print and organize reports for the following day
  • Enter daily reports into the system
  • Perform minor maintenance repairs to keep guests happy.
  • Notify management of major maintenance needs
  • Perform basic housekeeping tasks and provide basic guest requests
  • Complete laundry if assigned
  • Complete the Night Audit shift checklist and the Guest Service Agent shift checklist
  • Execute all Manager on Duty requirements
  • Attend required meetings and pre-shift meetings
