As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.

• Setting measurable therapeutic goals and regularly monitoring client progress to adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• A current and valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW).

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage client caseloads.

Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus, as it facilitates streamlined documentation and client management.
