Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly supervision sessions for practicum students, focusing on their development, clinical skills enhancement, and understanding of ethical practices.
• Provide high-quality psychotherapy services tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, and families, adopting a client-centered approach.
• Collaborate with a diverse range of healthcare professionals and community resources to create cohesive treatment plans that support client well-being.
• Document all client interactions thoroughly, ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with industry standards.
• Remain current with advancements in psychotherapy and evidence-based practices, integrating new knowledge into your work and supervision methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a varied patient population, including adults, families, and couples facing a range of mental health challenges. Our clients seek support in navigating issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics. Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.) is required.
• A valid state license such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT is mandatory for this position.
• You must carry professional liability insurance, ensuring your practice is protected.
• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is essential for this role.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supervising practicum or internship students, providing guidance in clinical settings.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver teletherapy sessions effectively on digital platforms.
• Familiarity with creating treatment plans based on comprehensive client assessments.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 65,000 to 130,000 yearly, reflecting a competitive compensation structure that recognizes experience and performance.
