This position is uniquely designed to accommodate a hybrid work setting, where a significant portion of your work can be performed remotely. However, you will also be expected to interact directly with students and staff in school facilities, facilitating a seamless connection with those you serve. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for students, providing both short-term psychotherapy and group therapy tailored to their needs.
• Offer expert consultation services to educators and school staff on various counseling needs, enhancing overall student support.
• Design and implement outreach activities to engage students and families effectively, promoting mental wellness throughout the school community.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training workshops, conferences, and collaborative team meetings to enhance clinical skills.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and assessment services, demonstrating the ability to make swift decisions that can potentially save lives.
• Ensure practices are aligned with legal and ethical standards while addressing issues such as suicidal ideation, formulating treatment plans, and coordinating care.
• Balance responsibilities between remote telehealth sessions and in-person consultations as necessitated by student needs.

This role centers around a diverse population of adolescents and college students who may be grappling with a variety of challenges, including academic pressure, social anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Your expertise will be critical in managing treatment and providing strategies that enable these young individuals to thrive academically and personally.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) are required.
• A minimum of three years of post-master's clinical experience is essential, specifically related to case management.
• Demonstrated capability in working collaboratively with a diverse adolescent or college student demographic, managing tailored treatment plans effectively.

• Experience in school-based counseling or mental health services in educational settings.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and modalities.
• Proficiency in evidence-based assessment and intervention methods.
