  • Deliver evidence-based interventions addressing:
    • Adjustment to illness

    • Family systems and caregiver support
  • Partner with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and experience
  • Contribute to program development and expansion of pediatric behavioral health services

  • Opportunities to teach and supervise:
    • Medical students
    • Pediatric and psychiatry residents
    • Child & adolescent psychiatry fellows
  • Engage in scholarly activities or program innovation, if desired

Why Renown Children's Hospital
  • The region's only children's hospital, serving a population of 750,000+
  • Referral hub for 29 rural hospitals across an 80,000-square-mile region
  • Recognized by:
    • Children's Hospital Association
    • Children's Miracle Network
    • IBCLC Care Award

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive guaranteed salary + Bonus
  • Start-to-work bonus + loan assistance opportunities
  • 7 weeks PTO (all-inclusive leave bank)
  • 401(k) with tiered match
  • CME allowance + board certification support
  • Full health benefits + employer-paid disability coverage
  • Paid malpractice with 100% tail coverage
  • Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
  • No state income tax (Nevada)

Lifestyle: Reno-Tahoe
Live where others vacation:
  • 300+ days of sunshine annually
  • Minutes from Lake Tahoe, world-class skiing, hiking, and outdoor recreation
  • Easy access to Sacramento, Napa Valley, and San Francisco
