Position Description
Are you passionate about using your expertise in psychology to provide compassionate care and help individuals build healthier, more fulfilling lives? We're seeking a dedicated Psychologist to join our team. In this role, you'll deliver individual and group psychotherapy, conduct psychological evaluations and testing, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans that foster healing and growth. You'll also play a key role in training, consultation, and quality improvement initiatives, ensuring care is delivered with the highest standards of professionalism and compassion.
This is more than just a clinical role-you'll have the opportunity to lead therapy groups, develop behavior management plans, and contribute to the education of both colleagues and future psychologists. Every day, you'll make a meaningful impact in the lives of the individuals we serve.
What You'll Do
  • Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy, including psychoeducation and competency-focused groups.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and cognitive evaluations, assessments, and testing, with particular expertise in the geriatric population served at the site.
  • Manage and oversee psychological testing services, including interpretation and integration of findings into treatment planning.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and provide consultation to the multidisciplinary team.
  • Supervise and mentor the psychometrician, as well as psychology interns, residents, and students
  • Provide employee education and training to support high-quality care delivery
  • Develop and implement behavior management plans; oversee data collection and outcomes
  • Offer expert testimony to the court, as needed
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with professional and facility standards
  • Support quality assurance reviews and continuous improvement efforts

What We're Looking For
Education
  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited university (required)

Experience
  • Completion of psychology internship and postdoctoral residency (required)
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (required)

Licenses/Certifications
  • Current license as a Psychologist in the state of practice (required)
