Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings on new clients, assessing their psychological needs, mental health status, and substance abuse histories to ensure appropriate care planning.
  • Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs, allowing you to showcase your expertise.
  • Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, nurses, and social workers, to develop and implement integrated treatment plans for clients.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
  • Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD is mandatory to practice in your capacity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities to engage clients effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in digital platforms and tools, including Google Suite and EHRs, to efficiently manage client data.
Preferred Experience
