Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct therapeutic services to clients addressing mental health disorders and severe emotional challenges, effectively developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and screenings that are evidence-based and appropriately tailored to meet the developmental needs of clients.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to foster positive client outcomes.

  • Implement and monitor comprehensive case management and care coordination, ensuring seamless communication between clients, families, and service providers.
