Job description

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Psychiatric Care

Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Shifts Available: Full-Time Day, Evening, and Night shifts (32–36 hrs/week) across Youth, Adult, and Older Adult units.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Pay: $28.90 – $41.00 (based on experience)
  • $8,000 – $12,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • Additional shift differentials up to $5/hr
  • Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, tuition reimbursement, and loan forgiveness


Job Summary

The RN provides psychiatric nursing care, develops and monitors care plans, administers treatment, supports patients and families, and ensures a safe therapeutic environment. The role includes collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, supervision of support staff, documentation, and patient advocacy.
