Regular supervision, peer support, and ongoing professional development are also essential to help guides process difficult experiences and maintain their own well-being.

What are Psychedelic Guides?

Psychedelic Guides are trained professionals who support individuals through psychedelic experiences, often in therapeutic or ceremonial contexts. Their role involves ensuring safety, providing guidance, and helping participants integrate their experiences for personal growth or healing. Psychedelic Guides may work in clinical trials, retreat settings, or as part of licensed therapy practices, depending on legal regulations. They are skilled in creating safe environments and offering emotional support before, during, and after the psychedelic session.

Job description

About Clay
Our mission is to help organizations turn any growth idea into reality.
We see growth as a creative practice, not a formula. Finding and reaching your best-fit customers takes unique ideas and constant iteration. As AI makes execution faster and tactics easier to copy, creativity is the only lasting advantage. We're already helping thousands of customers - including Anthropic, Notion, Google, and Ramp - go to market with unique data, signals, and AI research.
In 2025, we raised a $100M Series C backed by world-class investors including Sequoia, CapitalG, and First Round - and crossed $100M in revenue.
In 2026, we announced our second employee tender offer in 9 months at a new $5B valuation. We also launched a community equity round, for our customers, agency partners, and club members.
Some things to know about us:
  • Our community includes 11,000+ customers, 150+ integration partners, 125+ agencies, 50+ Clay clubs, and 30k members on Slack.
  • Our culture is unique inside and outside of work. Our team members are also DJs, activists, writers, clowns, marathoners, skydivers, psychedelic therapists, social workers, and more.
  • All employees can work for free with world-class coaches who specialize in creativity, management, and more.
  • Our operating principles - including negative maintenance and non-attached action - guide our work. Read more about them here.
  • Read about us in the NYT, Forbes, First Round Review, and more.

Product Manager, Enrichment & AI
We're looking for a Product Manager to own Enrichment-one of Clay's most critical and technically complex product areas. You'll lead strategy across tables, integrations, Claygent (our AI research agent), and our 3rd party data marketplace, partnering closely with engineering to ship fast and drive impact at scale.
As the PM for Enrichment, you'll shape the core workflows that power thousands of GTM teams daily. This role offers significant scope and a major AI component as we push the boundaries of AI-powered data enrichment and automated workflow building.
We strongly prefer candidates based in New York, as our product, engineering, and design teams collaborate in person.
What You'll Do
  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Enrichment-including tables, integrations, Claygent, and our data marketplace
  • Lead core AI product initiatives, including using AI to automatically build tables and research workflows
  • Partner with engineering to ship high-quality features across 5+ engineering teams
  • Work cross-functionally with GTM and Solutions teams to ensure product-market fit at scale
  • Balance performance, complexity, and user experience as we scale enrichment infrastructure

What You'll Bring
  • 7+ years of product management experience at high-growth B2B SaaS companies (1-100 or 100-1000 stage preferred)
  • Experience owning complex, technical products-ideally data platforms, workflow automation, or developer tools
  • Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and how technical systems connect (CS degree not required, but you're a fast technical learner)
  • Track record of driving cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
  • Excitement about AI's potential to transform how users interact with data
