Lead Compassionate Care During the Day
As a Day Shift Psychiatric RN, you'll guide patient care during the most active hours of treatment. You'll combine clinical judgment, therapeutic communication, and teamwork to help patients progress safely through their inpatient journey.
What You'll Do
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments, including long-acting injectables
  • Lead admissions, discharges, and care coordination with the interdisciplinary team
  • Provide crisis intervention using therapeutic communication and de-escalation techniques
