• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand patient backgrounds and mental health needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with patients' goals and evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various treatment modalities to encourage healing and personal growth.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision, participating actively in discussions to enhance clinical acumen and receive constructive feedback.

The patients you will serve are diverse, ranging from children and adolescents to adults, each facing various mental health challenges. Our client base may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other emotional disorders. You will be tasked with providing culturally responsive and compassionate care, ensuring that each client feels heard and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Must hold an active associate registration in the state of Nevada (AMFT, ASW, or CPC-Intern).
• A Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required.
• Strong understanding of clinical practices and a commitment to evidence-based methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated professionalism and a client-centered approach in all professional interactions.

• At least two years of experience in a clinical or counseling environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems for documentation and patient management.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a consistent caseload while providing quality care.
• Exposure to group therapy facilitation and individual counseling techniques.

• Annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience.
