Job description

Program Support Analyst
The Opportunity:
The role will include the routine analysis, assessment, and buildout, of Program Support Data (PSD) Sheets, in support of the clients quarterly and fiscal year requirements. We need a financial analyst who can quickly adapt and learn to navigate the client's requirements, policies, and regulations, that strictly govern the funding requirements of countless Department of the Navy (DON) yearly budgets, specifically within Supply, Support, and Logistics.
This role presents a candidate with the opportunity to continue to develop their financial management skillset within the federal government accounting sphere, specifically, within the DON.

You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience with sparing and modeling
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with both Naval Acquisitions and Sustainment
  • Knowledge of Program Support Data (PSD) Automated Reporting and Tracking System (PARTS), the DON's tool for identification of the end item supply support requirements used for budgeting and funding
  • Knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
  • Knowledge of Department of Navy Parts and Spares Accounting Processes
  • Ability to operate successfully in a high-tempo environment
  • Ability to perform financial analysis and review of DON quarterly and yearly fiscal year budgets
  • Secret Clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with NAVSEA Integrated Warfare Systems (IWS)
  • Experience with Navy financial systems such as the Program and Budget Information System (PBIS), Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), NAVSEA Enterprise Digital Capabilities (EDC), NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS), or NAVSEA Computer Optimized Batch Reconciliation Application (COBRA)
  • Experience developing spend plans
  • Knowledge of the AEGIS Weapon System (AWS)
  • Knowledge of Navy financial processes and requirements development
  • Bachelor's degree

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret Clearance required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
