Position: Parent Support Coach (PSC)

Employment Status: Full-Time (FT)

Position Summary:

Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is seeking compassionate, motivated applicants to join our Community Care Services Division (CCSD) as a Parent Support Coach (PSC).

This position provides care coordination, parent support, and social services to families of children ages 0 through 5 in Okaloosa County who are experiencing behavioral challenges in childcare settings or at home. The Parent Support Coach will assess family needs, develop and monitor individualized service plans, and facilitate an interdisciplinary approach to care that strengthens family stability and promotes healthy child development.

The CCSD program is designed to strengthen the bond between caregivers and children while promoting healthy early childhood neurodevelopment in safe, stable home and childcare environments. Through prevention, early intervention, and family-centered services, the program empowers caregivers with the tools and support needed to help their children thrive.

The PSC provides individualized coaching and support to parents and primary caregivers to increase family stability, reduce childcare disruptions, and help prevent out-of-home placements for children with significant behavioral challenges.
