Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Hand prune bushes and trees up to 20' above the ground.
  • May occasionally use hedge trimmer, and will go back and properly cut any bigger branches.
  • Support tree crews as needed.
  • Load, drive and empty dump trucks with manual (stick) transmission.
  • Operate loaders as needed.
  • Support climbers.
  • Operate chippers.
  • Drive and dump chip trucks.
  • Operate a chainsaw.
  • Drive trucks to dump wood.
  • Will sometimes have to drag brush - no one here is too good to do this job.

Qualifications:
  • Must understand proper pruning techniques. We are a tree company and you will be expected to prune like an arborist. This will be verified during interview.
  • Must have good driving record and be approved by our insurance company.
  • Must be able to drive a truck with a manual transmission.
  • Must pass drug screen.
