Job description

Position:Client Provisioning Administrator Intern

Organization:Client Account Management (CAM)

Classification:Non-Exempt

Reports to:Manager of Provisioning

Summary: This intern position could possibly work into full timeemployment upon graduation. The Provisioning Administrator is a customer facing support position focused on the client's experience with the life cycleof Provisioning. This includes receiving and filling (client's telecom requests) orders for Vatic's Clients. You will be leveraging client resources, as well as internal resources, to assist in completing provisioning tasks in an efficient and timely manner.

Essential Functions and Qualifications:

Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours/week

Must have a basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, email) with customers, peers, direct and senior management

Must have strong multi-tasking skills as this position will be handling numerous projects at the same time

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Communicating with telecom carriers (on the phone and through email/online portals)

Managing large volumes of data in excel and application databases

Navigating carrier portals (wireline/wireless)

Assisting account managers and analysts with various projects

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:This is part-time intern position. Ideally, we would like you to work at least 20 hours and no more than 29 hours per week. Days and hours of work will be based on your school/class schedule.

Required Education and Experience:

Working toward College Degree

Supervisory Responsibility:While there is not a formal responsibility for personnel management, this role will work closely with various members of internal peer and management organizations and will need to take various leadership roles, internally and externally.

Work Environment:This position operates in a professional office environment. You must be able to work in office.
