  • Cultivate strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and creators across the industry
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound media inquiries and influencer activations
  • Develop press releases, messaging, talking points, media pitches, and other press materials
  • Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitor activity
  • Partner with executives to build their thought leadership through speaking engagements, awards, and media opportunities
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Social, Content, and Product teams to ensure our storytelling is clear, consistent, and on-brand

You have:

  • 10+ years experience in public relations and earned media for well-known consumer brands (agency or in-house)
  • A track record of turning products, company milestones, cultural trends, and consumer insights into meaningful media coverage
  • A proven playbook for how to craft & execute a PR strategy that drives results
  • A creative mindset with a knack for finding compelling stories where others don’t
  • A relentless approach to pitching, follow-up, and finding a fresh angle when the first one doesn’t land
  • The confidence to say what’s working, what’s not, and what should change
  • The ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
  • Exceptional writing skills with a talent for crafting compelling brand stories
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Impeccable communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
