• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain a full understanding of clients' mental health concerns, ensuring tailored treatment plans are developed in collaboration with each individual.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic techniques suited to the client’s profile.
• Establish therapeutic goals with clients, ensuring they have active roles in their treatment plans and monitoring progress throughout the duration of therapy.
• Offer convenient teletherapy options to accommodate clients who may face logistical or accessibility challenges, ensuring that support is just a call or click away.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation compliant with ethical and regulatory standards to support client progress and uphold the integrity of services.

The client base at Gotham Enterprises Ltd includes a diverse population facing an array of mental health challenges. • A current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building and maintaining trust-based therapeutic relationships.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational skills combined with the ability to manage a diverse caseload and associated administrative tasks efficiently.

• Previous clinical experience in a private practice or outpatient setting preferred.
• Familiarity with teletherapy technologies and platforms which facilitate remote counseling.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to culturally competency in therapeutic practice.
