Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand clients' concerns and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that align with their individual needs.
  • Deliver individual therapy sessions through telehealth, employing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and person-centered approaches.
  • Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress, utilizing validated outcome measures to ensure the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to meet ethical standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, webinars, and peer consultation groups to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with best practices in mental health care.
  • Participate in team meetings and case discussions to foster collaboration among the counseling team and share insights to improve client care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • Possess a master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage case loads and administrative responsibilities.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a telehealth setting or with clients experiencing remote therapy solutions.
  • Background in trauma-informed care or specialized training in specific therapeutic techniques.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client interactions efficiently.
