As a Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and developing effective treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.
• Delivering therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms, utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities that facilitate personal growth and enhanced well-being.
• Setting therapeutic objectives in collaboration with clients and regularly monitoring their progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, adhering to ethical standards set forth in mental health practices.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of trusting relationships with clients.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients’ experiences.
• Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills to handle multiple cases effectively.

We encourage applicants with prior experience in outpatient settings or telehealth services. A strong background in delivering evidence-based treatment modalities and familiarity with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems will set you apart as a candidate. Experience with various mental health conditions, an understanding of insurance processes, and knowledge of local mental health resources will be beneficial in your role.
