Job description

ROOT Periodontal and Implant Center is a growing multi-location specialty group dedicated to clinical excellence and patient-centered care. As we have transitioned into expanded insurance participation and scale our operations, we are seeking an experienced Provider Relations Coordinator to play a key role in building and maintaining strong professional relationships with referring dental practices.

This position focuses on ensuring an excellent referral experience to support our referring practices by developing partnerships and coordinating outreach activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building:Build and maintain strong relationships with referring dentists, and their teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for referral offices, ensuring consistent communication and support. Develop and execute referral marketing strategies to grow referral practices. Organize and attend office visits, events, and networking opportunities to strengthen partnerships. Work with referring practices to show the value we can create for their general dentists.
  • Event Planning & Coordination: Assists with event logistics of virtual meetings, trade shows, webinars, lunch & learns, and study club activities which may take place during evenings or weekends. Manages RSVPs, registrations, and communications with venues, sponsors, vendors, speakers, and attendees. Attend evening study club or dinner events that host referring offices' general dentists for the Frisco/Carrollton region and possibly others on an as needed basis.
  • Communication: Manage referral-related communication including gifts, occasional deliveries, thank-you notes, invitations, newsletters, and updates.
  • Referral Practice Outreach: Identify new business opportunities within the community to expand referral relationships.
  • Lead Generation & Tracking:Track referral activity, analyze trends, and provide regular reports on referral practice growth. Monitor outreach efforts, report performance metrics, and refine strategies based on effectiveness.
  • Administrative Support: Manage and archive all event documents, contracts, speaker/sponsor, photography, and attendee information, marketing material in Marketing One Drive.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in dental, business development, or marketing preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with frequent travel within small territory.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and CRM tools.
  • Professional, approachable, and confident in representing the practice in the community.
