About This Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with specific experience in solar fleet monitoring to support our Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team. You will be responsible for the accurate input, verification, and maintenance of performance data from a diverse portfolio of solar assets. This role is critical for ensuring our fleet monitoring systems reflect real-time operational health and for facilitating timely maintenance responses.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Data Entry: Accurately input and update solar asset data, including production metrics (kWh/MWh), inverter status, and weather-adjusted performance ratios into company databases and monitoring platforms.
  • Fleet Monitoring Support: Assist in tracking fleet-wide alerts and system downtime; transcribe diagnostic information from monitoring software into work order systems.
  • Documentation Management: Organize and digitize site inspection reports, warranty claims, and utility commissioning documents.
  • Data Verification: Perform regular quality checks to identify and correct discrepancies between field reports and automated monitoring system outputs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate with remote solar technicians and utility partners to clarify data requirements and resolve reporting inconsistencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge and experience with CRM or ERP systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Proven ability to manage high-volume data entry with extreme accuracy and speed.
  • Basic Troubleshooting: Understanding of solar terminology (e.g., AC/DC, inverters, irradiation) to recognize and flag obvious data anomalies.

Compensation and Work Environment

  • Full-time, W2 position
