A leading financial services organization is seeking a detail-oriented Data Quality Analyst to support a critical data management and cleanup initiative. This role will focus on improving the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of CRM records, including company profiles, contact information, and relationship activity data.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working with large datasets in a fast-paced professional environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to research and validate information from multiple sources, and the ability to maintain high data quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and update CRM records to ensure company, contact, and interaction data is accurate, complete, and aligned with internal standards.

  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies, including duplicate records, missing information, inconsistent formatting, and outdated contact details.

  • Perform ongoing data cleansing activities, including merging duplicate contacts, standardizing fields, and improving overall database integrity.

  • Research internal systems and external resources to verify and enhance contact information, including titles, employment history, company details, and professional backgrounds.

  • Review relationship activity records and ensure key information is properly documented within the CRM platform.

  • Reconcile data between CRM systems, internal databases, and third-party sources to maintain consistency across platforms.

  • Assist with data quality reporting, tracking outstanding issues, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

  • Partner with business teams to support CRM accuracy and ensure information is maintained according to organizational guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field preferred.

  • 1+ years of experience in data management, CRM administration, data entry, research, or business operations; financial services experience preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and maintain high levels of accuracy.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including sorting, filtering, and managing large datasets.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
