Job description

Providence Place, a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community, is looking for dedicated and passionate CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) to join our growing team. We have openings in our TCU and LTC units.
Providence Place is conveniently located on the bus route, located in southern Minneapolis in the Standish Ericcson neighborhood. Here we provide services for our seniors in a TCU (Transitional Care Unit) Care, Long-Term Care and Memory Care. We have been helping seniors Age Magnificently for over 25 years and are part of Senior Care Communities, a local non-profit supporting senior.
Shifts available: Full-time and Part-time AMs, Part-time NOCs available, Every other weekend required
Wage:$22.56-$28.18, depending on years of experience.
Shift Differential: $1.00 / hour PM and Overnights

As a CNA at Providence Place, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:
  • Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.

CNA Qualifications:
  • Experience in a skilled nursing community is preferred.
  • Completion of MN CNA program and active in good standing on MN registry.
  • Strong interest in healthcare.
  • Positive, compassionate attitude.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
