Job Description
We are looking for Assemblers on our ETO Team (Engineering-to-Order)
Your scheduled hours are Monday-Friday 5:30am-2:00pm or 6:30am-3:00pm with overtime available after your training period.
Job Description:
As Prototype Assembler, you will work hands-on with engineers to build, modify, test, and troubleshoot prototype electro-mechanical systems and specialized test equipment. You'll follow schematics and design plans, perform functional testing and fault isolation, and help turn engineering concepts into working prototypes using advanced diagnostic and test tools.
You will be part of the Engineering-to-Order (ETO) team, collaborating with engineering partners and production support. You will report to ETO engineering leadership and work onsite in a lab and manufacturing environment supporting prototype development.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Interpret documentation such as drawings, specifications, schematics, work orders, and RA/customer requirements to understand build expectations.
  • Assemble and configure panels and cabinets, including mechanical assembly, door/accessory installation, and component placement.
  • Perform low-voltage, power, and signal wiring, including selecting correct wiring, stripping/crimping ends, securing wires, and applying labels.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality by correctly selecting components, labeling, and wiring devices to meet uniform production standards.
  • Support team operations by assisting associate technicians as needed and applying, dexterity, and basic math skills to complete buildings efficiently.

The Essentials - You Will Have
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years in electrical assembly or Associates /bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have
  • 2 years in electrical assembly OR associate or bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Associates degree in related field
