Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for a direct hire opportunity in Orlando, FL. This role is ideal for a hands-on machining professional with experience setting up, programming, and operating CNC mills, CNC lathes, and/or Prototrak conversational milling equipment.
The CNC Machinist will work in a precision manufacturing environment where quality, accuracy, and problem-solving are essential. This is a strong opportunity for a machinist who enjoys taking ownership of setups, troubleshooting programs, selecting tooling, and producing parts to tight specifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up, program, and operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, and/or Prototrak-controlled milling machines.
- Write, edit, and troubleshoot conversational programs, G code, and M code as required by the machine and job.
- Select tooling, inserts, speeds, feeds, offsets, and work coordinates to achieve accurate machining results.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T callouts to manufacture parts to print.
- Perform first article and in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMM as needed.
- Maintain accurate production documentation while keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe.

- Pay range: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour.
