         Protocol Testing and Log analysis for mobile handset

         Expertise on Tools like QXDM, QCAT, QPST, Meaditek ELT and Wireshark.

         Troubleshooting with network engineers, lab SMEs, 3rd party engineers to isolate network/device/script issues
